Technical Support Specialist
We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Helpdesk team. The Technical Support Specialist must become familiar with the intricacies of the X3 software and provide world-class support to our customers and partners via telephone, live chat and GoTo Meeting. The ideal candidate has an outgoing professional personality, excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for delivering service at the highest level.
In addition to customer support, the Technical Support Specialist must also act as a resource for internal team members. The Technical Support Specialist will create and update product documentation as needed for internal staff. Additionally, the Technical Support Specialist will also deliver remote training to customers via GoToMeeting, and assist in the creation of the accompanying documentation and training materials.
Job Description:
*Learn and master eMaint’s X3 software application.
*Answer incoming support calls, email and chat communications in a timely manner.
*Find and communicate accurate solution to client-report problems.
*Document problems and their resolutions in internal helpdesk.
*Create and update product documentation for use by customers and other eMaint team members.
*Deliver web-based training courses on basic eMaint system functionality to end users via GoTo Meeting.
*Participate in software product testing prior to new feature releases.
Required Qualifications:
*B.A or B.S in computer technology or a related discipline.
*Strong problem solving skills.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Detail-oriented.
*Ability to prioritize and self-direct.
Desired Qualifications:
*Experience with Google products including Gmail, Google Docs and Google Calendar.
*Previous client-facing work experience.
*Database knowledge.

Account Advisor
The Account Advisor is responsible for maintaining a high level of communication with his/her portfolio of clients and being the “go-to” person for internal team members regarding assigned accounts. The Account Advisor leads the “client team” once a client is assigned to their portfolio. He/she must understand the role of other eMaint team members and appropriately leverage those resources to ensure milestones are reached and deliverables are on schedule. The Account Advisor is responsible for proactively communicating to stakeholders on both sides regarding progress and roadblocks. The Account Advisor must be able to set and manage client expectations throughout the customer’s lifetime with eMaint. The Account Advisor must be able to analyze their portfolio in order to identify and act on opportunities to expand existing accounts.
Job Description:
*Act as primary contact between client-eMaint and internal point person on activities related to client account.
*Understand project objectives and system scope in order to match client need with software solution.
*Deeply understand the role of other eMaint team members and involve them as needed to keep client account activities moving forward.
