Pre-Implementation AssessmentsAn Implementation Specialist will work with you on-site or remotely to find the best implementation services and strategies for your needs and budget.
Remote Pre-Implementation Assessment - An eMaint Implementation Specialist will work with you remotely to help you create a working document detailing the current state of your maintenance operation and your future state using eMaint X3. From that document, your Implementation Specialist will develop a custom action plan, which will be presented to you at the conclusion of your Pre-Implementation Assessment. Requires hands-on client participation. On-Site Pre-Implementation Assessment - An Implementation Specialist will spend two days at your facility diagnosing the current state of your maintenance operation. Following that, the Implementation Specialist will spend two days off-site developing a detailed implementation report. The findings from the off-site and your custom action plan will be shared with you via a GoTo Meeting. Requires hands-on client participation. Rapid Start Implementation ServicesHow do you ensure peace of mind during your implementation? Take advantage of the eMaint team's product knowledge and implementation experience through one of our unique Rapid Start services. A dedicated account advisor will manage your implementation activities to help you meet your implementation goals. After attending the appropriate training courses through eMaint University, our on-demand e-learning portal, you'll spend time in a virtual meeting with a member of your account team configuring the corresponding system module to match your specific business requirements. Post-Implementation EvaluationsAt the end of your year with eMaint, an X3 Implementation Specialist will evaluate your organization's implementation and usage of the system and create a roadmap for the next 12 months so you can continue your CMMS success. Your Year-Two Roadmap may include recommendations for expanded use of the system, changes to your current configuration and ongoing training. You can choose either a remote or on-site evaluation. You'll want to make an annual Evaluation part of your continuous improvement process to maximize the effectiveness of your CMMS program.
