At the end of your year with eMaint, an X3 Implementation Specialist will evaluate your organization's implementation and usage of the system and create a roadmap for the next 12 months so you can continue your CMMS success. Your Year-Two Roadmap may include recommendations for expanded use of the system, changes to your current configuration and ongoing training.
A remote End of Year Evaluation is included in your Total Care Subscription. On-Site End of Year Evaluations include two days of on-site meetings with key stakeholders at your facility and are available to Total Care subscribers at our preferred rate of $1275 per day.

What are CMMS and EAM Software?

A CMMS software package maintains a computer database of information about an organization's maintenance operations, i.e. CMMS - computerized maintenance management system. This information is intended to help maintenance workers do their jobs more effectively (for example, determining which machines require maintenance and which storerooms contain the spare parts they need) and to help management make informed decisions (for example, calculating the cost of machine breakdown repair versus preventive maintenance for each machine, possibly leading to better allocation of resources). CMMS data may also be used to verify regulatory compliance. CMMS packages can produce status reports and documents giving details or summaries of maintenance activities and trends. A CMMS is a vital component of an Enterprise Asset Management system as it helps you optimize your maintenance resources and improve your return on assets.
